Company Statement

Ruth Cansfield Dance (Company Inc.), is a non-for-profit organization, established in 1995, committed to advancing the choreography of Ruth Cansfield exclusively.    Her Company has performed across Canada and in the U.S.A with performances at Le Centre-culturel franco-manitobain,  Le festival international de nouvelle danse in Montreal, L'Agora de la danse in Montreal, South Dakota Arts Council, Max Bell Theatre in Calgary, Churchill Recreational Complex in Northern Manitoba, Winchester Street Theatre in Toronto, The Art Gallery of Calgary, The National Arts Centre and at the Canada Dance Festival to name a few. The Winnipeg-based Company continues to tour, performing Ruth Cansfield's unique dance language to audiences in the regional, national and international communities.
